How often will I receive survey invitations?
The number of surveys you receive will vary. Most members receive at least one survey invitation every three months. Based on their profile, some members receive a few more than others. It is always your decision about whether or not you take a survey.
How do I receive my points or other rewards for taking a survey?
As soon as you complete a survey, either by email or on our website, our system registers the points you earned and/or the contest entries.
For most surveys, the earned points will be automatically added to your account within a few minutes of survey completion.
There may be instances when the points for recently completed surveys do not immediately appear in your account. In such cases, the points will be added later into your account. It may take a few days after the survey completion to see the points on the website.
I just completed a survey and the points do not show up in my account. Why?
For most correctly completed surveys, the earned points will be automatically added to your account within a few minutes of survey completion.
However, there may be instances when the points for recently completed surveys do not immediately appear in your account (due to occasional issues or project specificity).
In such cases, the points will be added later into your account. It may take a few days after the survey completion to see the points on the website.
What should I do if I'm having trouble/technical difficulties taking a survey?
If you experience difficulty with the link or any part of the survey experience, please use the "contact us" on the Bahco Network web page or contact us at network@snaeurope.com and provide a brief explanation of the problem, including your survey link or survey name. We will look into the matter promptly and get back to you ASAP.
How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points at any time by signing in to the website and clicking the Rewards shop menu, where you will be able to see our available rewards and the points needed. The rewards in the shop will vary over time.
When you order, be sure to check the address information we have on file to ensure we're sending your reward item to the right place!
Where will I receive my rewards?
The rewards you select in the rewards shop will be shipped to the address in your profile page.
To change it, click on your name in the top right corner of the web page when you are logged in.
I cannot find the rewards shop, where is it?
The rewards shop is near the bottom of the starting page after you sign in. However, due to legal or logistic reasons the rewards shop is not available in all countries. We are adding the rewards shop everywhere we can and as soon as we can. Members in countries with no rewards shop will receive rewards that are chosen by SNAEurope. These choices are made at regular intervals and SNAEurope will set a points value of the reward and ship to all members with equal to or more points than the value of the reward.
How long do I have to wait to redeem rewards after I join?
Newly registered members will need to wait one week from their registration date before any rewards will be delivered. During this time your survey answers and behaviors are evaluated. Please note that we reserve the right to terminate a membership in the Panel for any bad behavior, fraudulent use or behavior, or failure to abide by the terms and conditions, policies, or survey rules. In the event of such termination, you will immediately forfeit all Reward Points and any rewards waiting to be delivered.

Do my points ever expire?
Your points do not expire as long as you remain a member. If you opt out from the network or if your membership is terminated, then your points account will be closed. SNAEurope reserves the right to change the Terms and conditions at any time, should this happen all affected members will be notified and given a 30 day period to redeem their points.
How will I be notified if I win in a contest or raffle?
Sometimes the surveys or poll can be designed as either contests or raffles. In those cases it is clearly stated in the information for the specific survey or poll. Winners are notified via email. We send a winner notification email to the address we have in your profile - so be sure your email address is up to date.
How do I change my contact information?
To change or update your contact information, sign in and click on the link next to your profile picture on the upper right corner of the page.
How do I change other personal information provided when I joined?
To change other information not available in your website account, please use the Contact form and provide a description of the changes.
How do I change my password?
If you are not already signed in, sign in on the website. Go to your profile page and scroll down until you see the “change password” button.
